Welcome to the online home of Cub Scout Pack 458 in Antioch, CA.

Join Us!!

Though we are associated with Holy Rosary Catholic Church, we welcome all kindergarten through 5th grade boys from Antioch, Oakley and Brentwood regardless of their religious or school affiliation.  Our average pack size is between 30 and 45 boys each year, made up of grade-specific Dens ranging in size from  4 to 12 Scouts in each Den. Scouting is a year-round activity and we generally have most boys join in June so as to be able to participate in our summer activities or again at the beginning of the school year. Visitors are always welcome to come to our monthly Pack meetings to get a better sense of what Scouting can offer your son or feel free to contact us for more information.

For information on membership and all that Scouting has to offer your boy, please email us using the Contact Form on the left of this page and be sure to visit the Boy Scouts of America web site at http://www.scouting.org.

Welcome to our Pack Families!!

Welcome Cub Scout Families!  Please note that access requires an active email address. Please be sure we have one on file for you. You can also use the Contact Us link to the left and contact the webmaster to send us your current email address.  You can also use this function to request a new user name and password.

Please check the upcoming events on the right hand side to see what our Pack will be doing this month.  The calendar is another great resource.  Please check the calendar frequently and be sure to put upcoming events on your personal calendar.

The Pack Leadership is always looking for parent volunteers to help with activities and events and is truly grateful for all assistance that can be given.  This year we ask that each family sign up to volunteer for one event.  Just as the "Cub Scouts help the pack go" (part of the Laws of the Pack), so do parents.  We need your help to make this year and all our events a success.  If you haven't signed up for an event, please talk to us at the next Pack meeting.  We are happy to help you find a fun way to participate and help the Pack.

Again, welcome to our Scouting Family.

Our California State Capitol tour was great!

We had two great tour guides, Tyson and Dick, who showed us around the State Capitol and told us some interesting facts acts and stories about California history and the State Capitol.

We had a fun time at the District campfire at Big Break.

Our Scouts performed Halloween jokes and sang Cub Scout Vespers right before the flag retirement ceremony.
